Driving
Directions:
SR 3A to First Parish Road in Scituate.
East on First Parish Road for 0.7 miles.
Continue East on Beaver Dam Road for 1.5 miles, to Jericho
Road.
North on Jericho Road for 0.8 miles to Lighthouse
Road.
Southeast on Lighthouse Road for 0.5 miles to parking
area.
Letterbox Clues:
Forty paces from the lighthouse door on a
heading of 160O you will find a flat tan colored rock (part of the
stone jetty). From here, the lighthouse door is at a heading of 345O,
the beacon at the end of the stone jetty is at a heading of 140O and
the point of the jetty across the inlet is at a heading of 195O. Sit,
face east looking out to sea. The letterbox is at your feet hidden below many
stones.
When you
return the box, bury it beneath many stones so that it doesnt wash out to
sea.
